What Are All-on-X Implants?
Similar to All-on-4, All-on-X offers a more advanced approach to dental implant placement. In these cases, six implants are placed on the top arch, while four are placed on the bottom.
This is a great option for patients who need extra stability.
Our skilled dentists will evaluate your mouth and bone health to craft a custom treatment plan and give you the best possible chance of success.

Concerned About the Cost of Dental Implants?
Insurance
We do not believe that insurance companies should dictate the standard of your care. We are now only in-network with Delta Dental as we believe this allows us greater flexibility.
Insurance typically doesn't cover implants but may cover other aspects of care, such as the denture. We will work with you to take advantage of any coverage you have that can apply to our care. Our skilled coordinators will help you file your claim with out-of-network insurance companies, and any reimbursements will be sent directly to you.
Financing
For those without insurance or to help with costs not covered by insurance, we accept CareCredit® financing. These flexible plans allow patients to break up the cost of their treatment into affordable monthly payments.
We also offer a dental savings plan, which can help patients save on a variety of dental treatments, including dental implants. Patients who participate in our dental savings plan can enjoy a discount of up to $100 an implant.

“Dental Works prioritizes their clients' well-being.”
Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Dental Works, especially with Dr. Mary Ann! I was referred by two close friends and fellow clients of Dental Works, and now I understand why. From the moment I walked in for my initial consultation, I felt listened to and understood. Dr. Mary Ann and the team took the time to truly inform me about my dental needs, ensuring I was comfortable with the care plan they developed for me. It's evident that Dental Works prioritizes their clients' well-being by focusing on the services we truly need rather than just trying to sell additional treatments. Grateful for their professionalism and commitment to personalized care!

I was recommended to the Dental Works office by two dear friends. I finally made the switch this week and pleased I did. I have a complicated mouth and reassured by the fact I can get all my concerns addressed by Drs. Terry and Mary Ann Work vs. having to go to several places for implants etc. I am grateful to meet them and looking forward to a long term plan. UPDATE... I had my first procedure with Dr. Terry Works yesterday 2-6-24. I was nervous because of the previous trauma I had experienced in that area. The procedure is an implant ridge. It went very well and have had ZERO pain so far. I am very pleased so far. Thank you!

Caring for Your Implants and Dentures
Caring for your implants and dentures is easy. Because your dentures are secured to the implants, you will not need to remove them. Instead, treat your dentures like natural teeth.
Brush and floss twice a day and continue to visit your dentist regularly to maintain your new smile and oral health. A water flosser or floss threader can help clean under the restoration. With proper care, your dental implants will last a lifetime, while your dentures can last 15 years or more.
Frequently Asked Questions About All-on-4 Dental Implants in Scottsdale
Q. How much do All-on-4 implants cost?
A. The total cost will vary from patient to patient depending on factors like whether you need preparatory treatments. This could include tooth extraction or bone grafting to build up the jaw. During your initial consultation at our Scottsdale dentistry office, your dentist will craft a custom treatment plan. We will then be able to provide you with an accurate quote so you can properly plan and budget.
Q. How long do All-on-4 dental implants last?
A. Dental implants are designed to last a lifetime. However, it is important to remember that the restoration will wear over time and will eventually need to be replaced. With proper care and maintenance, your implant-supported denture can last for up to 15 years or more.
Q. Does implant placement hurt?
A. No. Your dentist will thoroughly numb the area before your treatment begins to ensure you do not feel any pain. We also offer sedation dentistry options to ensure you are completely comfortable during your implant placement procedure.
Q. How long does it take to heal from All-on-4 placement?
A. Healing times will vary from patient to patient. Typically, it takes about three to six months for the dental implants to fuse to the jawbone in a process called osseointegration.
