The best use of dental implants is to support a lower denture.  Most people know someone who can't wear their lower denture because it hurts or it just won't stay in.  Although we can place dental implants to replace a patient’s full dentition upper and lower, the use of implants to hold a lower denture can be life changing.  Often we can place two dental implants in the lower jaw and attach their current denture to them and they will be chewing that day.
